My sabbatical is nearing an end, and a new chapter begins with an AI-focused summer internship starting in May. I’ll be stepping into a research and development role at a new startup exploring AI’s limitations, security threats, and need for guard rails. While my exact role is still being defined, i’m excited for the opportunity to apply and grow my skills in this innovative area.
For the next few months, I’m going to be learning some python, data structures, ML, and taking a few other courses to set myself up for this new position. I’ll also continue to built out this website and participate in ToastMasters as I improve my communication and public speaking skills.
This transition is a unique blend of learning and practical AI application. I’m excited to see where this takes me.
